【摘要】:Thispracticepermitsananalysttocomparetheperformanceofaninstrumenttothemanufacturer’suppliedperformancespecificationsandtoverifyitssuitabilityforcontinuedroutineuse.Italsoprovidesgenerationofcalibrationmonitoringdataonaperiodicbasis,formingabasefromwhichanychangesintheperformanceoftheinstrumentwillbeevident.1.1Thispracticecoverstheparametersofspectrophotometricperformancethatarecriticalfortestingtheadequacyofinstrumentationformostroutinetestsandmethodswithinthewavelengthrangeof200to700nmandtheabsorbancerangeof0to2.Therecommendedtestsprovideameasurementoftheimportantparameterscontrollingresultsinspectrophotometricmethods,butitisspecificallynottobeinferredthatallfactorsininstrumentperformancearemeasured.1.2Thispracticemaybeusedasasignificanttestoftheperformanceofinstrumentsforwhichthespectralslitwidthdoesnotexceed2nmandforwhichthemanufacturer'sspecificationsforwavelengthandabsorbanceaccuracydonotexceedtheperformancetolerancesemployedhere.Thispracticeemploysanillustrativetoleranceof177;1%relativefortheerroroftheabsorbancescaleovertherangeof0.2to2.0,andof1.0nmfortheerrorofthewavelengthscale.Asuggestedmaximumstrayradiantpowerratioof4x10-4yields
