【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodtoassesstheresistancetoshearstressesappliedtomineraloils,syntheticoilsandotherfluidscontainingpolymers,whenpassedthroughaspecifieddieselinjectornozzle.Theshearstabilityismeasuredbythechangeinviscosityofthefluidundertest,broughtaboutbythepolymerdegradationduringstress.Undernormalcircumstances,thisInternationalStandardisappliedtohydraulicfluidsofcategoriesHRandHVasdefinedinISO6743-4([1]intheBibliography)andspecifiedinISO11158([2]intheBibliography),butitmayalsobeappliedtofire-resistanthydraulicfluidswithincategoriesHFA,HFB,HFCandHFD,withmodifiedconditionsasspecifiedinISO12922([3]intheBibliography).Noformalcorrelationhasbeenestablishedbetweentheviscosityloss,ortheabsenceofviscosityloss,obtainedusingtheproceduresdescribedinthisInternationalStandardandthatofoilsandfluidsinactualservice.However,itprovidesstandardizedconditionsfortheevaluationofpolymerstabilityunderminimizedthermalandoxidativestresses.Itisnormallyusedbymanufacturersoffluidsandadditives,andusers,asameansofrankingexistingandpotentialformulations.NOTEChangestopropertiesotherthanviscosityarespecifiedinsomespecifications,butthesearenotcoveredbytheproceduresspecifiedinthisInternationalStandard.
