【摘要】:TheFormandStyleManualprovidesmandatoryrequirementsandrecommendedpracticesforthepreparationandcontentofASTMspecifications.Inordertopromoteconsistencyinthestyleandcontentofproductspecificationsunderitsjurisdiction,CommitteeA01recognizestheneedtoprovideasupplementarydocumentpertainingtothetypesofproductsandmaterialscoveredbythosespecifications.Thisguidecontainsalistofsectionstobeconsideredforinclusioninaspecificationforsteel,stainlesssteel,andrelatedalloyproducts,andguidanceorrecommendedwording,orboth,forsuchsections.Personsdraftingnewproductspecifications,ormodifyingexistingones,underthejurisdictionofCommitteeA01,shouldfollowthisguideandtherequirementsoftheFormandStyleManualtoensureconsistency.1.1ThisguidecoverstheeditorialformandstyleforproductspecificationsunderthejurisdictionofASTMCommitteeA01.Note18212;Forstandardsotherthanproductspecifications,suchastestmethods,practices,andguides,seetheappropriatesectionsofFormandStyleforASTMStandards(BlueBook).1.2Subcommitteespreparingnewproductspecificationsorrevisingexistingonesshouldfollowthepracticesandproceduresoutlinedherein,andbeguidedbythelatestspecificationcoveringsimilarcommodities.1.3ThisguidehasbeenpreparedasasupplementtothecurrenteditionoftheFormandStyleManual,andisappropriateforusebythesubcommitteestoCommitteeA01.ThisguideistobeappliedinconjunctionwiththeFormandStyleManual.1.4IfaconflictexistsbetweenthisguideandthemandatorysectionsofthecurrenteditionoftheFormandStyleManual,theFormandStyleManualrequirementshaveprecedence.IfaconflictexistsbetweenthisguideandthenonmandatorysectionsofthecurrenteditionoftheFormandStyleManual,theguidehasprecedence.1.5Whenpatentsareinvolved,thespecificationswritershouldrefertosectionF3oftheFormandStyleManual.Also,refertopartFoftheFormandStyleManualfortrademarkinformationandthesafetyhazardscaveat.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinesproceduresfortheconductandperformanceofclinicalinvestigationsofmedicaldevices.Itspecifiesgeneralrequirementsintendedtoprotecthumansubjects;ensurethescientificconductoftheclinicalinvestigation;assistsponsors,monitors,investigators,ethicscommittees,regulatoryauthoritiesandbodiesinvolvedintheconformityassessmentofmedicaldevices.ThisInternationalStandardpertainstoallclinicalinvestigation(s)ofmedicaldeviceswhoseclinicalperformanceandsafetyisbeingassessedinhumansubjects;specifiesrequirementsfortheconductofaclinicalinvestigationsuchthatitdemonstratesthatthemedicaldeviceachievestheperformanceintendedbythemanufacturer,revealsanyadverseeventsundernormalconditionsofuseandpermitassessmentoftheacceptableriskshavingregardtotheintendedperformanceofthemedicaldeviceandspecifiesrequirementsfortheorganization,designincludingmethodology,conduct,monitoring,datacollection,documentationandevaluationofresultsoftheclinicalinvestigationofamedicaldevice.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytoin-vitrodiagnosticmedicaldevices.
