【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthefunctionalprotocolforthesupportofsupplementaryservicesandadditionalbasiccallcapabilitiesattheQ-referencepoint.TheQ-referencepointexistsbetweenPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkexchanges(PINX)connectedtogetherwithinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN)andisdefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.ThegenericfunctionalprotocolispartoftheB-QSIGsignallingsystem.TheproceduresspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardcanbeusedinassociationwithabearerconnection(bearer-related)oroutsidethecontextofanybearerconnection(bearer-independent).TheapplicationofthisInternationalStandardtoindividualadditionalbasiccallcapabilitiesandsupplementaryservicesisoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandardandshouldbedefinedinthosestandardsorproprietaryspecificationsthatspecifytheindividualcapabilities.AllconformancetothisInternationalStandardisbasedontheexternalbehaviourattheinterfaceattheQ-referencepoint,i.e.onthegenerationofthecorrectmessagestructureandinthepropersequenceasspecifiedinthisInternationalStandard.ThegenericfunctionalprotocolisbasedonATMForumspecificationAF-CS-0102.000,whichitselfisbasedontheDSS2genericfunctionalprotocolspecifiedinITU-TRec.Q.2932.1butextendedtoallownon-localinformationexchangeaswellaslocalinformationexchange.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXssupportingadditionalbasiccallcapabilitiesand/orsupplementaryservicesrequiringthefunctionalprotocolforsignallingattheQ-referencepoint.
