【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60904describesproceduresusedtodeterminethedegreeoflinearityofanyphotovoltaicdeviceparameterwithrespecttoatestparameter.Itisprimarilyintendedforusebycalibrationlaboratories,modulemanufacturersandsystemdesigners.Photovoltaic(PV)moduleandsystemperformanceevaluations,andperformancetranslationsfromonesetoftemperatureandirradianceconditionstoanotherfrequentlyrelyontheuseoflinearequations(seeIEC60891andIEC61829).Thisstandardlaysdownthelinearityrequirementsandtestmethodstoensurethattheselinearequationswillgivesatisfactoryresults.Indirectly,theserequirementsdictatetherangeofthetemperatureandirradiancevariablesoverwhichtheequationscanbeused.ThemethodsofmeasurementdescribedinthisstandardapplytoallPVdevicesandareintendedtobecarriedoutonasampleoronacomparabledeviceofidenticaltechnology.Theyshouldbeperformedpriortoallmeasurementandcorrectionproceduresthatrequirealineardevice.ThemethodologyusedinthisstandardissimilartothatspecifiedinIEC60891inwhichalinear(straight-line)functionisfittedtoasetofdatapointsusingaleast-squaresfitcalculationroutine.Thevariationofthedatafromthisfunctionisalsocalculated,andthedefinitionoflinearityisexpressedasanallowablevariationpercentage.Adeviceisconsideredlinearwhenthefollowingconditionsaremetoverthetemperatureandirradiancerangeofinterest.Typically,thisrangeoftemperatureis25℃to60℃minimum,andtheirradiancerangeof700W·mto1000W·mminimum.a)Forthecurveofshort-circuitcurrentversusirradiance,thenormalizedstandarddeviationoftheslope(σs/m)shouldbelessthan0,02.b)Forthecurveofopen-circuitvoltageversusthelogarithmofirradiance,thenormalizedstandarddeviationoftheslope(σs/m)shouldbelessthan0,05.c)Forthecurveofopen-circuitvoltageandshort-circuitcurrentversustemperature,thenormalizedstandarddeviationoftheslope(σs/m)shouldbelessthan0,1.d)Thevariationofrelativespectralresponseataspecifiedvoltageislessthan5%forthewavelengthband.NOTE1-ManyoftheIECPVstandardsrequirespectralmismatchcorrectionswhichinturnrequirespectralresponsemeasurements.Therefore,thelinearityofspectralresponsewithrespecttotemperatureandirradianceisimportant.Itcanalsobesignificantfornewtechnologiessuchasphotochemicalcells.NOTE2-Becausetherelativespectralresponseofsomedevicessuchasamorphoussiliconvariesconsiderablywithvoltage,itisimportantthatthelinearitydeterminationbeperformedatafixedvoltage.Thevoltageselectedisgovernedbytheultimateusage.Vmaxmaybeselectedifthemaximumpowerregimeistheareaofinterest,andforcalibrationzerobiasvoltagemightbemoreappropriate.NOTE3-Itshouldbenotedthattherelativespectralresponseofsomedevicesvarieswithtemperatureandirradiance.Someoftheseeffectsmaybeaccountedforaschangesintheitemsa)andc)short-circuitcurrentnon-linearity,butsomemaynotbe.Theitemd)requirementaccountsforthesenon-linearities.Generalproceduresfordeterminingthedegreeoflinearityfortheseandanyotherperformanceparameteraredescribedinclauses4through6.
