【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidanceontheuseofcolonizationsamplersandthesamplingofmacro-invertebratesusingqualitativeandquantitativesamplersfordeeprivers.Colonizationsamplersallowwaterqualitytobeas-sessedbyprovidingacollectionofmacro-invertebratesindicativeofthewaterqualityatthesitesofconcern.Theydonotsamplethenaturalinvertebratefauna,whichmayberestrictedbyphysi-calconditionsunrelatedtowaterquality.Theyaretobeusedwhenstudyinglowlandriverwatersofdepthover1m.Theyarenotrecommendedwhentheycouldbesubjectedtodebrisaccumulation,floods,exposureabovethewaterlevel,vandalismoranchorageproblems.Thedeepwatersamplersareforuseinriversdeeperthan1mandonsubstratarangingfrommudtostones.Theyareunsuitablewhensamplingovermacrophytesorstonesofsizesgreaterthanabout15cm,orinveryfastflowingwater.
