【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribes,withreferencetoISO230-5,themechanicalandacousticalspecificationsnecessaryforareproducibletestmethodforthedeterminationofairbornenoiseemittedbymetal-cuttingmachinesandrelatedauxiliaryequipment.ThepurposeofthisInternationalStandardistofacilitatetheobtentionofcomparabletestresultsonthenoiseemissionofsimilarmachines.Theresultsofthetestscanbeusedforcomparison,acceptance,maintenanceoranyotherpurpose.ThisInternationalStandardspecifies,inparticular,operatingconditionsforthemeasurementofnoiseemittedbymetalcuttingmachinesexcludinganycuttingprocess.Theseoperatingconditionsarestrictlythesameforthedeterminationofbothsoundpowerlevelsandemissionsoundpressurelevelsatspecifiedpositions.Itappliesto:--allkindsofturningmachines,includingnumericalcontrol(NC)turningmachinesandturningcentres;--allkindsofmillingmachines,includingNCmillingmachinesandmachiningcentres.Formachinetoolswhichenablemillingandturningoperationssimultaneously,choosethesuitablemeasurementsofthisInternationalStandard.AdditionaltypeswillbecoveredinfutureeditionsofthisInternationalStandard.
