【摘要】:ThistestmethodisusedforthedeterminationoftracelevelsofleadinnickelalloysbyGF-AAStocheckcompliancewithcompositionalspecifications.Itisassumedthattheprocedurewillbeperformedbytrainedanalystscapableofperformingcommonlaboratorypracticesskillfullyandsafely.Itisexpectedthattheworkwillbeperformedinaproperlyequippedlaboratoryandproperwastedisposalprocedureswillbefollowed.AppropriatequalitycontrolpracticesmustbefollowedsuchasthosedescribedinGuideE882.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofleadinnickelalloysintheconcentrationrange0.00005%to0.001%bygraphitefurnaceatomicabsorptionspectrometry(GF-AAS).Note18212;Ifthistestmethodisusedtotestmaterialshavingcontentslessthan0.0001%lead,usersindifferentlaboratoriesmayexperiencemorethantheusual5%riskthattheirresultswilldifferbymorethan50%relativeerror.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardsassociatedwiththeuseofthistestmethod,seePracticesE50.
